A portrait of a black fox in the care of Hopefield Animal sanctuary. I volunteered for a short period and on my breaks, I went around photographing the animals for future paintings. The photos were all terrible but luckily for me a friend working there was also taking photos and let me paint this from her photos. It was nice to paint from another's perspective, and led to me working with more and more photographers.
